I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years, initially as a Physician Assistant in Psychiatry, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and now as a Licensed Psychologist. I believe that good mental health is essential, and that therapy serves as a tool to achieve it. Therapy is your time for self-discovery and growth in a safe environment free of judgment.
My practice is based on evidence-based therapies because I have seen these interventions work. I believe in collaborative work and meeting you where you are. My goal is to help you build a psychological toolbox that will open the opportunity for a healthier and more meaningful life. We will work well together if you are tired of just surviving your life and you are wondering what you can do to thrive. My goal is to have you say at the end of therapy that therapy worked.
