My Approach to Helping
My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, and supportive so that you may express yourself freely, explore and identify patterns, and make progress toward your goals. My areas of expertise include treating anxiety, depression, and low self esteem, as well as teaching stress management skills regarding both career and relationships. I also help many people who are going through grief, heartbreak, and loss. Together we will draw upon your strengths, understand the issues in your life, and make new choices to achieve meaningful results.
Depending on your needs and goals, I utilize Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness techniques. This person-centered and collaborative approach enables you to feel truly understood and empowered to become your own vehicle of change, while also receiving support to guide you throughout this therapeutic process.
