Feeling lost or stuck? Maybe you find yourself in a rut and you aren't sure how you got there. Are relationships a struggle? Even when with friends, loneliness may creep in.
Do worry and anxiety get in the way? Some is OK. Excessive amounts can get in the way of progress and leave you feeling frozen and disconnected.
Too much or too little? Do you worry that you drink too much? Shop too much? Spend too much time on social media? Spend too little time with other people? Avoiding certain parts of your life?
There are struggles in life for all of us - it's part of being human. But you don't have to chart the entire course by yourself. I offer a collaborative environment where we explore the past and present with your future held strongly in mind. This allows us to look at patterns that may cause distress and hold you back from a more meaningful life.
