My Approach to Helping
I strive to provide therapy based on the core components of empathy, compassion, and trust. Within this context, I offer guidance for uncovering the emotional, thought, and behavioral patterns that contribute to your difficulties. Issues from the past often continue to directly affect our present. Some clients also seek help because they need help coping with a major transition or change.
I use a holistic approach, taking into account the whole person so I can help you move toward greater well-being. I embrace the physical, spiritual, and emotional components of your experience.
Though I primarily offer counseling, I also provide other treatment modalities, including energy psychology, hypnosis, EMDR, and biofeedback. I make recommendations about the approach that might best work for you, but ultimately the decision about how best to proceed rests with you.
