My Approach to Helping
Therapy takes courage and commitment as we walk together on your journey of exploration and growth. I like to start from a place where you are comfortable, adjusting as we move forward together. Trust is key to success in therapy, so in my practice I create a safe place free of judgment. My therapeutic style is versatile with a foundation of compassion and empathy. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to help with exploration, insight, and action in your life. My goal is to partner with you as we learn to identify and address your concerns. I look forward to learning about you and how we can work together to make connections in your life and help you take action.
