My Approach to Helping

At Nashville Family Therapy Center, I and my colleagues seek to help you DISCOVER SOLUTIONS. Life can be confusing and when you get stuck it can help to have many different options. I use many different therapy models, proven by research to be helpful for specific challenges you may be facing, to help unlock possibilities for you. All of the therapists at Nashville Family Therapy Center are highly trained and experienced. We work with children, adolescents, and adults. We help couples and families too. More Info About My Practice

Our therapists are graduates of Abilene Christian University, The University of Mobile, and Northcentral University. We have extensive experience in crisis intervention, adolescent therapy, couples and family therapy, and in leading substance abuse intervention groups. We also have a Level 2 trained therapist in EMDR to treat trauma and PTSD, and a therapist certified by the Gottman Institute to teach parent skills training.

All of our therapists strictly follow the ethical code of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. When you begin working with us, we will go over your rights to confidentiality and our ethical obligations that guide our practice.
