I have training in psychotherapy, holistic healing, Eastern and Western philosophy, life coaching, and a variety of meditative practices.
My View on the Nature of 'Disorders'
I have found that mental health issues typically arise from a combination of unhealed wounds, current stressors, biological factors, and/or lifestyle imbalances. Three of these four factors can be addressed via talk therapy. With the help of a caring and experienced therapist, most clients will find relief from their mental health concerns.
