My Approach to Helping
I tailor my session to the needs of you but I am also proactive and work with you collaboratively as a team. I have a multi-modal approach to therapy using Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, Solution Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is one of my favorite approaches because it is universal and teaches measurable techniques that are known to be successful in the treatment of stress, anxiety, addiction, and depression.
These techniques can easily be used everyday to help deal with life's challenges.
During our sessions together we will explore the issues that concern you and work together to implement a plan to lead you to a more fulfilling life. The goal is to give you the tools to emerged feeling stronger, more empowered, and self aware.
