My Approach to Helping
Hello! Thanks for reaching out. I incorporate CBT and Solution Focused Therapy and am very person centered in my approach. My approach focuses on the clients' current life and relationships within the family and environment. This approach is to help the client identify and resolve problems with insight and strength. I am passionate about helping people to find better ways of dealing with stress and anxiety found in life's transitions, personal and familial relationships. To me, therapy helps provide awareness, understanding, improved self esteem and personal change, all of which moves clients to lead more satisfying, fulfilling and happy lives.
