My Approach to Helping

***ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS*** I’m glad you’re here. It takes a lot of courage to reach out to someone you don't yet know and open up to them. Are you hurting, confused, weary of dealing with life's difficulties and so tired of not being understood? Friends and family too busy to listen or just don't understand? I provide a safe place for you to just be you without fear and to explore your feelings without judgement. Come in, kick your shoes off, grab a coffee and snack, snuggle up on the sofa with a soft blanket and let's talk. Open minded, non judgmental, affirming for LGBTQ persons, all cultures, and all spiritual beliefs. Handicap accessible and free parking.

I specialize in helping adults and teens (14-20) deal with trauma (abuse, rape, victims and witnesses of violence), anxietyPTSD, depression. I offer Saturday (10 am-2 pm) and late afternoon (4pm-7pm) weekday sessions. If you do not get an immediate answer on my phone line, please email: Tori@TransitionsWellnessBham.com or text 205-572-9886
