My Approach to Helping
Do you often feel lost and exhausted in your own thoughts? Are you struggling with substance use? Or do you feel that something is weighing you down but you just can’t seem to figure out why? If you are looking to gain some perspective on your thoughts and feelings, gestalt therapy is a good place to start. As a Gestalt therapist, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore what is bothering you in the present moment.
Sometimes, our usual way of thinking and dealing with life adversities stops working, leaving us feeling lost. My purpose is to bring some clarity and awareness to your thought process especially the ones that are disruptive and preventing you to live a fuller life.

Occasionally, I incorporate different forms of art therapy to facilitate my clients in exploring deeper thoughts and emotions to gain more perspective on their struggles.
What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process
What I learned through my own journey of healing is that there is no right or wrong way of doing therapy. The outcome of therapy varies depending on your intention, which could also shift from session to session. However you approach this, it is important to keep in mind that therapy is not a quick fix nor is it the ultimate solution to all of our problems, but rather it supports us to expand our capacity and have the agency to get through tough situations in the future.
