My Approach to Helping

When, not if, conflict arises in one\'s life, it is important to have a strong support system. Sorting out mentally what is needed to move past life\'s trials is often difficult to articulate. My goal is to assist clients in identifying not only what triggered an imbalance in life, but how their thinking has been affected from the offense. Using Cognitive Behaviorial Therapy (CBT) as a primary modality for therapy, clients will move from stuck to fluid in their thoughts and behaviors.
As a LPC-Intern, I will offer counseling to adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
