We all show up in life, thrust into a world where life does not always go as planned. While we are resilient, all of us may find times where we need more support and understanding to get through life and find a way to be happy.
We are not given the understanding of some of the things we may face, we find them. Sometimes that journey is best traveled with a compassionate and experienced mentor, a person with the knowledge and tools you are waiting to use to put life back on your terms. Let's do this together

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process
Therapy can feel daunting to those who have not used it, doubtful to those who have negative experiences with a therapist in the past, or like a lifeline to those who have seen the power behind a strong support experience. Therapy is not about "fixing" you, as if you are a broken object. Therapy is about helping you understand what you are going through, how to change what needs to be different, and how to cope with what we cannot change without losing hope in ourselves or the world around us. Consider it your own superhero training.
