My Approach to Helping
I know change can feel uncomfortable. That’s why I create a safe, private space for my clients. I view therapy as a process of collaboration built on a client’s goals and strengths. I bring my training and knowledge, and the client brings their life experience. You are the only expert on your life. I hope to help you recognize unhealthy patterns, develop healthy coping tools, and lead a balanced and fulfilling life.
My work as a counselor utilizes a client-centered, integrative approach. I incorporate cognitive behavioral skills and exercises into our sessions. I admire the courage it takes to seek help, and I do not judge my clients. Therapy offers a rewarding journey. It’s my privilege to witness this journey of growth.
