My Approach to Helping
.I am passionate about showing clients that the past does not have to define who they are today or what they will be tomorrow. I believe that change and rehabilitation are always available, even when they seem impossible, if you’re willing to work. I understand that life can become a routine, that environments can form a pattern that creates an unhealthy cycle. I hope to help you break free by uncovering your strengths, core beliefs, and values.
I have worked with families, children, individuals, and teens. I have also provided rehabilitation to reduce recidivism and group counseling. I use a range of techniques, including solution-focused, narrative, reality, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapies.
