My Approach to Helping
At Exhale Counseling Center we believe that people need a safe and judgment-free space to heal. We focus on providing effective individual and couples therapy.
Our specialty is in anxiety management, trauma healing, and couples counseling. We use various forms of therapy that include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and behavioral therapy. PREPAREENRICH certified for couples counseling and can also provide pre-marital counseling as well as trained in Couple’s Communication.
We are honored to meet you where you are and walk alongside you on this journey of life. We will explore some of your past and how it has impacted your present- but we will not dwell there- we will work towards healing past wounds to develop a healthier and enriched present and future.
