My Approach to Helping
Approach to Treatment:
I use an integrative therapeutic approach to treatment. I believe that this approach provides the therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of each client.
I love spending time with my family and loved ones. I am very inquisitive; I am always striving to learn something new. In my free time if I am not being educated, I am writing poetry. My most precious self-care technique I use is meditation with mindfulness incorporated.
