My Approach to Helping
Approach to Treatment:
I use an integrative therapeutic approach to treatment. I believe that this approach provides the therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of each client.
Hobbies/Interests:
I love spending time with my family and loved ones. I am very inquisitive; I am always striving to learn something new. In my free time if I am not being educated, I am writing poetry. My most precious self-care technique I use is meditation with mindfulness incorporated.

Education:
I have a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling & School Counseling from New Jersey City University. I have a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education & American Studies from Saint Peter’s University.
Experience:
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey. I am also a licensed school counselor as well as Student Assistance Counselor in the State of New Jersey. As a mental health professional, I have worked with clients from a variety of ethnic, cultural and social economical backgrounds. I am experienced in both individual and group counseling.
