My Approach to Helping
You have been struggling with increased feelings of depression and anxiety as a result of COVID-19. The effects of social isolation have taken their toll on you, resulting in experiencing difficulty focusing on professional demands, self-care, time management, and relationship issues.
The task of re-entering your "normal" life is proving to be more difficult and awkward than you expected.
I specialize in focusing on your relationships, be it your partner or spouse, colleagues or friends and family.
The most important relationship, however, is your relationship with yourself.
I know how to help you expand your self-awareness and emotional intelligence. The goal will be to turn these tools into action and new behaviors. Communication is an essential skill that we will work on in order to develop more fulfilling and satisfying relationships.
