My Approach to Helping

Additionally, as a culturally sensitive counselor who has lived overseas (in France and Italy), I am intimately familiar with the struggles associated with transition and the adjustments needed to adapt to an unfamiliar environment.
By using traditional talk therapy in a compassionate, caring, supportive, and understanding environment, we will work together to overcome your life's challenges and setbacks. As an EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) trained therapist, I am able to use this very effective therapy to help you heal from the symptoms of emotional distress.
