Life Happens. Each person experiences hard seasons in life, but these hard times don’t have to define you. Talking with someone to process the stressful periods in our lives allows us to develop ourselves and reframe our future. I specialize in working with people who experience difficult life transitions to move through tough emotions to find purpose and meaning in their lives, while helping them find their true potential. I also specialize in helping individuals who have lost someone move through their feelings of pain and process their grief. I have experience in working with adults, adolescents, families, and parents.
If you are new to therapy or have been in therapy before, I will work with you to make lasting change and reach the goals you want. I believe it is important to meet each individual where they are at in the therapy process to allow them to focus on making choices that reflect their values by utilizing a person-centered and trauma-informed approach.
