My Approach to Helping
I take a wellness approach to helping clients, with the focus of therapy on a clear and preferred outcome. Cognitive behavioral therapy, is the primary tool I use to help clients achieve their desired outcomes.
I help clients who find themselves emotionally stuck and experiencing difficulty with completing routine tasks and creating long term goals. These clients usually struggle with symptoms related to anxiety and ADHD. I typically work with clients towards becoming more motivated, calmer, and reengaging in their lives.
