My Approach to Helping
Having a healthy relationship with yourself and others is not always easy. There are times when it can be challenging to embody the positive support that you need, rather than that inner critic that is not helpful. I believe that improving your sense of self-worth and self-esteem through self-acceptance, compassion and appropriate boundaries, with yourself and others, is imperative to maintaining healthy relationships.
In our sessions, I plan on tailoring my approach in a way that is the right fit for you. I believe that you are the expert in your life and hold the keys to what unlocks your truth. Together, we can take a deeper look at what in your life is and isn’t working for you, by examining how you may be experiencing and responding to unpleasant circumstances and emotions. It is understandable how certain patterns of behaviors and beliefs may be limiting you, playing a role in what symptoms you may be experiencing, and making you feel stuck. By identifying what is helpful and what is unhelpful, we can work together on getting you unstuck and on the right path for you to bring healing, purpose, and inner peace.
