We often struggle to discern why we think, feel, and behave in certain ways simply due to an innate tendency to rush through difficult processes. In other words, we try to find answers before asking questions. As a clinician, I cannot promise that we will uncover all of these answers, but I can assure you that we will ask pertinent questions as we travel down a solution and goal-oriented pathway together.

Therapy is not a race; there is no timer, and no set finish line. With that said, I will encourage you to set firm goals that we may reassess and reevaluate together. As a goal oriented therapist, I am dedicated to making sure we stay on track. I am not here to waste your time. By utilizing the latest evidence-based treatments in the fields of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training, nutrition, and genomics, I will do my best to assist you in both building a stable foundation and carving out an individualized path towards wellness.

I share in the concerns regarding today's behavioral healthcare system. It's often overpriced, limited, and difficult to navigate. Therapy has transformed into a privilege for the wealthy rather than a universal right for those in need. I started my own practice in order to avoid bureaucratic pressures and offer sliding scale pricing based on individual client means. Contrary to our current healthcare system, honesty and transparency are the backbones of my practice.
