My Approach to Helping
Each individual life is full of uncertainties and unforeseen challenges which may leave us with feeling stagnant, hopeless and depress. Seeking for help is a strength. By seeking for help or advice, you are taking control of your life and not letting unexpected challenges impact your daily life functioning. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience and specialty working with community mental health clients and families using different modalities such as person-centered, solution focus, mindfulness, play-therapy, attachment theory, family system, positive parenting (PPP), and CBT to meet the individual needs. My focus is to help you gain insight and develop a healthy daily life functioning.
Everyone demonstrates their sense of empathy differently from one another. Each individual experience is unique and different from others. Therefore, in this healing process, I will meet you where you at.
Therapy is a collaborative journey that will provide an individual a safe space to be more self-aware, conscious of their life choices and barriers. Through this journey of healing, I hope to create a safe space that will foster positive growth, change and meaningful life experience for you.
