My Approach to Helping

My goal with counseling is to help others develop insight and work through the growth process in order to face life’s challenges with confidence. I believe that this work is best done with collaboration and support. My role is to help you achieve your personal, professional, and emotional goals. I believe that all people are capable of growth and fulfillment, and I am eager to meet you wherever you are in your life story to provide you with the empathy and support you need to reach your goals.

My therapeutic style is based in humanistic theory which promotes an understanding of an individual\'s personal experience while considering the various systems in which they operate their daily lives. My specialties include relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and grief.
