Life can be hard; healing doesn't have to be. My passion is helping people heal from chaotic life events that trigger anxiety and depression. It is my belief that healing begins in the context of the therapeutic relationship. Once you feel safe, we can begin to explore areas where you stuck. Together we can find the right combination of coping skills, interventions, and support needed for your healing journey. It is my belief that everyone has the potential for growth and healing, sometimes we just need a little help!

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
The right therapeutic relationship has the potential to help you live a more fulfilled life. Just like in life, connecting with a therapist is an important part of the healing process. I prefer to talk with you prior to our first session to see if you feel comfortable with who I am as a therapist and my approach to counseling. I don't want you to have a bad counseling experience and equate it with the thought that therapy doesn't work. What works in therapy is the right relationship.
