My Approach to Helping
Congratulations on taking that first step towards recovery! Whether it is depression, anxiety, relational issues or any number of the countless things that keep us from living the life we want, searching for someone to help partner with you on that journey towards healing and wholeness is an all-important first step. At Four Directions Therapy, we work with a full range of mental health concerns to include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, chronic illness, grief and loss, and much more. As LMFT's, we have experience in couples therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy.
Our passion is working with people at a crossroads in their lives, dealing with challenges and disappointments at work or school, working on relationships and connections, finding meaning, feeling overwhelmed or powerless, and low self-esteem. We will work together on self-knowledge, healthy thinking, and techniques to find your path to success and Joy.
