I recognize that exploring therapy may create feelings of fear and uncertainty. You are allowing your vulnerabilities to be exposed to someone without a prior relationship. Creating an atmosphere that is both nonjudgmental and safe is my first commitment to you. It is important to me that you discover your true self and live the fulfilling life that you were meant to live. Day to day stresses or long term emotional pain often robs us of that.

Each of us has the ability to find resolution to our problems. Empathetic guidance and support are vital in revealing those abilities to my clients. My approach is flexible based on the needs of my clients.

Therapy is not one sided but a partnership with both the client and the therapist. My sessions are not reflective of a cookie cutter approach but directed by my clients with the end goal of finding resolve.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Recognizing the need for therapy is clear indication that we are in tune with our own needs, expectations, and limitations. Self care is important in order to survive. Therapy is a picture of what self-care looks like.

Many of us have various roles that others in our lives both depend on and expect. Seeking therapy acknowledges that you recognize your own self worth and value.
