My Approach to Helping
I have experience with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationships. I help clients develop and strengthen their sense of self in a safe non-judgmental environment of acceptance. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative, and solution-focused methods, I'll explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to remove obstacles to self-awareness and self-understanding. I help clients to identify and build upon their strengths, create new behaviors, and discover their power as unique individuals.
