Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I have spent time working with groups, individuals and couples in a community mental health clinic, a high school setting and a private practice environment. I feel passionately about connecting with all different kinds of people. I have much experience working with people who are looking to control their substance use, the LGBTQQI community and men's issues.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

When choosing a therapist, trust your gut. It has been proven in various studies that the therapeutic relationship is crucial to success in therapy.
