My Approach to Helping

Are you living each day to its fullest, or is stress, depression, or anxiety preventing you from reaching your full potential? Sometimes, even the strongest among us need help when walking through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone's journey is different, but we all experience bumps in the road, twists and turns and steep hills to climb. If you have been feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling with relationship issues or a recent crisis, feel depressed or anxious, therapy can be helpful in reducing distress and promote healing and personal growth.

My mission as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor is to provide individuals, couple and families with meaningful and effective online therapy so that they will thrive in an ever-changing world. My approach is based on evidenced-based treatments. I am always working from a Systems approach, but I am also trained in cognitive and behavioral treatments that may be more appropriate in certain circumstances. We will work together to gain insight and change longstanding negative patterns that are impacting your sense of well-being. I will provide you with a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental and empathetic presence that will help you improve your quality of life, achieve your therapeutic goals, and give you strength and hope along your journey toward healing. If you are considering therapy, I invite you to contact me for a free 20-minute consultation! Give me a call at

More Info About My Practice

We live in an ever-changing world. We're changing with it.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the mental health treatment industry has quickly adapted to provide clients with much-needed counseling and care. Serenity Springs Clinical Counseling has responded by offering secure telehealth therapy sessions for the safety and wellbeing of those we serve.

Safe and Secure
Telehealth with Serenity Springs utilizes a HIPAA-secure video conferencing platform that allows therapist and client to connect without having to meet in person. All your data is encrypted, your sessions are anonymous, and none of your information is stored or shared with a third party without your written permission.

When you meet with a counselor in an office, you have to schedule a time when you can meet face-to-face. Not with Serenity Springs. We offer appointments that will fit with your schedule and lifestyle. We offer many convenient scheduling options. We are confident that we will find a time that works best for you.

How It Works
While Telehealth is becoming more mainstream, it can feel intimidating to some who don’t have much experience with this mode of receiving services. We want you to feel comfortable and confident attending counseling with us. For the month of April I am offering a free 20 minute consultation to potential clients who have questions about the services that I offer and see if i am good fit for your family. Contact me to find out more!
