My Approach to Helping
It is a natural part of the human experience to go through difficult times at some point in our lives. We all may benefit from asking for and accepting help while having a crisis or staying stuck. if I am not able to help you, I will refer you to someone who is the right fit for you. I believe everyone has the ability to live authentically and experience life to its fullest. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsatisfied by the events in your life, I can help. Therapy is a collaborative process and I offer a secure, comfortable, judgment-free environment where we can work together safely. In each session, we will identify your strengths, uncover the obstacles that hold you back, and learn the skills you need to move forward in your life. I understand that coming to your first therapy session can be anxiety provoking, but I also believe it is worth it.
