My personal compassion for persons in emotional pain, motivates me to use current evidence-based practices to produce tangible results. I will use a biopsychsocial assessment to develop a comprehensive case conceptualization, to identify key symptoms and to promote change in underlying core issues. I specialize in complicated grief therapy, Christian Counseling, family counseling, relationships, trauma, stress management, depression, anxiety, and men's issues. Believing in a higher purpose, provides meaning, joy, and stability in life. My goal is to help my clients trust in their unique design, and to gain insight into new and richer resources, to live a more productive and peaceful life.

My goal is to help people who are in emotional pain to get to a more peaceful place, by learning how to love themselves as a unique creation. Specifically, I use evidenced based clinical best practices with the goal of helping you to achieve timely results. I have experience with middle aged adults, older adults, and adolescents. During my tenure, I have provided services in private practice, Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient medical settings.
As an exclusive telehealth provider, I can provide the flexibility of receiving counseling in your home environment, without the hassle of driving to an office site. You have the convenience of scheduling your own appointments on our secure client portal. Your confidentiality is very important, and we used HIPAA complaint safeguards to protect your personal health information.
