My Approach to Helping
Holistic Elements endeavors to offer our clients a refreshing and unique therapy experience. Each detail of our practice is based on evidence-based research, from our dim lighting to our therapeutic approaches. The office features spa-like water features, mineral oils, aromatherapy, big, comfortable chairs, pillows, and clean blankets.
We hand-selected free refreshments based on research into major trace minerals and vitamins' influence on well-being. For example, we offer chocolate, which is rich in magnesium, which may be low in people with depression. Trail mix is rich in antioxidants that clear neural pathways, and iron that can boost energy.
Our therapists blend therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, with holistic approaches such as mineral oils, exercise, diet, yoga, and meditation. We support psychoactive medications and homeopathic and herbal approaches.
Our guests are empowered when they leave. Our team equips our guests with tools to help them manage their own mental health. Medication is not always enough, and may not always be the answer. We involve our guests in their own mental health.
