If you are like me, you may feel that you are overwhelmed and anxious with everything you have on your to-do-list. Maybe trying to do it all by yourself because like the saying goes, ?if you want it done right, you have to do it yourself?. All of these patterns of thinking and doing have increased the stress and anxiety in all of us. I can help you manage your stress and anxiety with steps that will improve your health and ease your mind.

My Therapy Focus
My therapy focus is on the individual and what they are looking to achieve. It is of the utmost importance that each individual I see tailor their treatment plan to their goals and objectives. If the individual does not develop their own sense of what they are looking for or where they want to be they will not be able to thrive or move forward to a peaceful and balanced mental wellbeing. Understanding that each individual is here to move forward and own their journey I utilize various therapy modalities to achieve this. No individual is made from a cookie cutter and deserves a tailored treatment plan to achieve their goals.
