My Therapy Focus
My therapy focus is on the individual and what they are looking to achieve. It is of the utmost importance that each individual I see tailor their treatment plan to their goals and objectives. If the individual does not develop their own sense of what they are looking for or where they want to be they will have difficulty being able to thrive or move forward to a peaceful and balanced mental wellbeing. Understanding that each individual is here to move forward and own their journey I utilize various therapy modalities to achieve this. No individual is made from a cookie cutter and deserves a tailored treatment plan to achieve their goals.
