My Approach to Helping
I believe that people are complex and that they are comprised of several components, each part informing the whole. These components are the heart, soul, mind, and strength. In order to work effectively with each person, I must take a whole-person approach. In sessions with me, individuals and couples are encouraged to explore their emotions, personality, thoughts, and behaviors. Through this exploration, I will help you grow and gain insight that will allow you to be more complete and grounded.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Making the decision to seek help andor guidance from a counselor can be challenging. We fear judgment, stigma and labeling. In my practice, I aim to make the process as safe, warm and welcoming as possible. Allowing you to feel confident in your choice to seek this type of help. Seeking therapy is about seeking truth. Knowing the truth will set you free.
