My Approach to Helping

Together, we will work to help you build on your strengths and attain personal and professional growth.

The way I approach therapy is very specific to the relationship I establish with you.

I pride myself in I listening to you well enough that you feel heard. Really heard. Seen. Known. Understood and accepted.

You are paying me for my time not my feelings, so you’ll receive honest, empathic and consistent feedback from me. I know being vulnerable is not easy, and I can guarantee that if you’ll invest in yourself with me, I’ll dedicate myself to helping you resolve years of self doubt and guide you toward the life you’ve wanted and deserved.

I want to be the last Therapsit you see.

More Info About My Practice

Rogers Family Therapy is a private practice co-owned and operated by husband and wife Tim and Tiffany Rogers. A Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and an MFT Trainee (supervised by Ifat Peled, PsyD Lic#28021) as well as a California State Certified Drug & Alcohol Counselor respectively. Rogers Family Therapy is a committed team of clinicians dedicated to help end the stigma of psychotherapy within marginalized communities, and promote self-awareness and emotional intelligence is a competitive edge in bringing authentic change in people's lives one session at a time.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

100% the truth! Because I too have my own therapsit, I am better equiped to gauge specifically what can be done to finally answer those internal questions about yourself that you may have figured were unanswerable.

It?s finally time to make it fully about you and learn how to be attracted to what?s healthy.
