My Approach to Helping

(Now seeing clients in person or via video) Are high levels of anxiety and work pressure causing you to feel irritable and impatient? Are you tired of feeling chronically rushed, tense, and fatigued? Mindfulness and somatic therapy will empower you with effective techniques to reduce anxiety and increase your emotional peace. The extreme pressure you experience is unsustainable, and it’s keeping you from feeling the essential joys of life that come from secure personal relationships and meaningful leisure activities.

Together in therapy, I’ll help you understand your triggers and vulnerabilities that have been activated lately. And I’ll make sure you get good using new skills to reduce anxiety and unhealthy coping habits. Through therapy, you’ll feel more relaxed and focused, so you can effectively connect with key people in your life and manage daily responsibilities.

More Info About My Practice

I’ve specialized with helping clients improve their relationships for over 10 years, as both an individual therapist and a couples therapist. I regularly attend clinical trainings on the science of healthy relationships, and teach clients the key skills and emotional strengths they need to thrive in their relationships.

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

In therapy sessions, I'll make sure you feel carefully attended to and at ease to share your innermost thoughts and emotions. My style is warm, gentle, and highly collaborative. It is vital for you to choose a therapist you feel comfortable talking with, so I invite you to use my "book online" feature to schedule a free intro phone call today.
