My Approach to Helping
Life changes are hard, and sometimes it seems like life is difficult to navigate. My goal as a therapist is to help guide you through the struggles and triumphs of life with the skills and strengths you already possess! Even though the road may seem long, help and hope are near. I look forward to partnering with you on your path to a happy, healthy life!
I believe that each person has different needs when they come to counseling. I use a variety of approaches to help clients feel supported and able to go from surviving to thriving!

We are so glad you are here! Mood is run by husband and wife collaborative Donovan and Tiffany Wicks. This idea came from mental health events in our own family. We know firsthand the struggle with mood disorders and other mental illness as well as the challenge of being a partner with someone with struggles. Mood serves to serve you...the whole person. Our plan operates in phases, including counseling, holistic wellness, and alternative therapies. Our story inspired us to improve the #mood in our lives, and we want to help you do the same.
