I use powerful and unique interventions to make therapy effective and enjoyable. I inspire clients of all ages to gain their full potential, and I am especially skilled with treating:
Student Athletes: Under high performance pressure, kids and teens struggle to overcome anxiety. I help create a healthy relationship with the emotional aspect of sports. Using different coping mechanisms, you can gain healthy time management skills, enhanced performance, and decreased perfectionism.
Nutrition and Healthy Eating: Diet culture and insecurity with body image are reversible mindsets. I help you create a healthier body and mind by learning to intuitively eat, understand anxiety, and promote full body wellness.
Women’s Empowerment: With the stressors women come across in everyday life, it can be difficult to find the positives. I help you gain self-esteem and self-empowerment.
Sexual Health: I take a positive approach to human sexuality. I open my office to individuals or couples wanting to explore sexual identity, fulfillment, reproductive health, and sexual wellness. I am a proud LGBTQ+ ally and want to increase your mind and body connection.
In therapy, I am relaxed, direct, and educational. I utilize a holistic, person-centered, solution-centered therapy to inspire my clients to make the positive changes in their life.
I earned my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University.
