My Approach to Helping
When human beings experience loneliness and sadness in life, It’s not uncommon for them to want to reach out to someone for support and healing. I can help clients develop healthy perceptions of themselves while strengthening their relationships and improving their self-esteem. While at the same time assisting clients in identifying their aspirations while working on identifying their aptitudes.
I know that no single approach is suitable for every individual- I have experience treating anxiety, depression, substance abuse, anger management, and helping deal with grief and improve self-esteem. My educational background includes a Master in Social Work from Marywood University, PA., and B.A. Psychology at Binghamton University New York.
