People seek therapy for different reasons. Maybe you’re going through a tough transition in life, or maybe you’re struggling to share or communicate how you feel. Maybe you’ve been experiencing uncomfortable and stressful feelings that leave you feeling stuck and unable to move forward. Or maybe you just want someone to listen to you. My goal as a therapist is not to provide you with the answers, but to provide you with a safe and genuine space to explore what brought you here and work collaboratively with you to bring about growth and change.
I've been working in the Mental Health field over 5+ years, working in a variety of settings to support people from all walks of life. I approach therapy using compassion and authenticity to help my clients achieve personal growth and succeed in the goals they have laid out for themselves.
