Ships never sail in a perfectly straight line, but they weave pretty closely to their course in order to stay on track to their destination. In the same way, pursuing the healing and life you want isn’t going to look like a perfect example of “walking the line,” but with support and a toolbelt of techniques, you can weave a path that’s awfully close to that line. Recovery, healing, and growth aren’t seamless, but when you’re headed toward a destination, you can keep moving forward.

I use a person-centered approach so that you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and concerns with me. I use a variety of techniques in order to help you identify the source of the pain as well as find the solution. I deeply value the stories entrusted to me, and consider it a great privilege to be on your journey toward better mental health.
