My Approach to Helping
An understanding of how our nervous system impacts our mental health can be helpful in taking steps towards feeling better. In therapy we will take time together to explore what you are struggling with and find solutions through a variety of therapy approaches including EMDR, Mindfulness and Somatic approaches. Most of all I will work with you to see what therapeutic approaches will be most beneficial to you.

I understand that it is difficult to find a therapist and am therefore happy to be available to answer any of your questions in a free 15-minute phone consultation. You are welcome to come in for only one session to see if I am the right therapist for you. I am flexible and I make every effort to meet your needs and discuss a reasonable rate that fits within your budget.
