My Approach to Helping
I am a psychologist and offer services via telehealth for individuals.
Problems come from a network of experiences. In our work together, we will investigate these problems: where they come from, how they are supported, what they may be telling you, how you learned from these problems, ways they can be negotiated, and times when they are not present. Nothing is wrong with you. You are simply dealing with problems the best way you know how. As we explore the problems, you will find fresh perspectives and build alternative ways of responding that enable you to build better relationships and handle problems with increased flexibility.
I am an interactive therapist working with you to develop and experience more confidence, focus, and motivation to meet life's changing demands. I help people who are doing okay on the outside figure out and understand why they might feel so overwhelmed on the inside. You can gain insight and clarity and increase your ability to navigate life transitions, anxiety, fear, depression, and/or traumatic experiences that have impacted your quality of life.
