My Approach to Helping
It takes a lot of courage and vulnerability to reach out for help. I understand the investment required in doing this work and I want to make your time in therapy valuable and worthwhile. My approach is validating as well as direct. My clients have said that I get to the root of their situations quickly and provide clear ideas of how to cope differently. I am a skills-oriented therapist who has many ideas for strategies in working towards your goals.
With me as your therapist, you will get someone who will listen and provide you will an upfront response connecting to your whole self. My therapeutic approach includes treating the mind, body, and spirit. Mindfulness is a part of my professional and personal practice and I use it with my clients.
