My Approach to Helping

***Currently accepting new clients!***

I strongly believe that there is not just *one* right way to have a body or mind. Neurodiversity and body diversity are the principles on which my work is founded. By knowing yourself better, you have the opportunity to live your fullest life.

I practice from a feminist, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive perspective. In my work with clients, I use evidence-based practices. In other words, I only use therapeutic modalities that have been proven to work in both scientific and *real-life* settings.

More Info About My Practice

I work with teens (16 years old and above) and adults of all genders. As a clinical social worker, I offer my clients not only psychotherapy but help to access additional resources in their community. My session fee is $110 for a 50-minute session. While I do not accept insurance at Boundless Behavioral Health, I can provide a superbill. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey!
