My Approach to Helping
As a working professional, a mother of 2 adult girls, and a wife of 34 years; I can offer both perspective and an empathic ear. I work with adults and young adults striving to find themselves and bring more meaning into their lives. I work with couples who are discovering they "really just have that 1 argument" over and over again. I work to help you both understand and overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety and the stress brought on by daily living and/or big life changes. I can provide the support needed to change habits, become more self-aware, make hard decisions, and finally live with more joy in your heart.
It takes courage to look at our wounds and misunderstandings and do the self-healing that is required to live the life of our dreams. Being able to understand ourselves, our triggers, and the reasons behind our deepest fears and desires will allow us to move forward in a healthy and productive way.

I believe it is within the safety of the therapeutic relationship that each and every one of us can begin to heal.
