My Approach to Helping

At a very young age, I was happiest when I helped others. Throughout my life, I've learned to openly listen and appreciate the individual journey of others. As a therapist, I am allowed to walk with my clients through their experiences, addressing the issues that bring emotions such sadness, hurt, pain, anger and resentment that is often difficult to move past.
