Life can seem to throw us curve balls at times. Whether with work, parenting, or relationships, we can become off-balance. Therapy can help you find that balance. With over 15 years of experience, I enjoy working with people of color struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. Using CBT, Solution Focus, and Mindfulness techniques, I help you discover your authentic self, learn to set boundaries, and put self-care as a priority.
